Financial Analyst - board reporting (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Harborlight North Financial Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of loan applications and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
