Financial Analyst - board reporting (Reno, NV)

Bright Hollow Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Reno region, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Model the cost of service connections and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
