Financial Analyst - board reporting (Reno, NV)

Greenridge Juniper Banking Services is a regional lender in Reno with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of loan files and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
