Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Bright Vale Water Authority Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of capital projects and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
