Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Loom Learning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. Families are partners. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
