Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Oak Banking Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of account openings and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
