Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Cedar Beacon Manufacturing is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of scrap and rework and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
