Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Highbridge Cedar Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Boston design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of ridership counts and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
