Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline River Water Authority and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 977 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of treatment plant data and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
