Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Greenridge Cobalt Manufacturing is a Oakland manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of tooling and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
