Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Lumen Kestrel Financial serves customers across Chicago with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Model the cost of customer onboarding and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
