Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Stonegate Harbor Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Tucson design routes and schedules, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of ridership counts and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
