Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Rivermark Amber Early Learning is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 477 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of tuition and subsidies and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
