Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Greenridge Oak Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in El Paso working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 66 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of ridership counts and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
