Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Yarrow Banking Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of branch operations and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
