Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Harborlight Nest Manufacturing makes precision components in Little Rock, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Model the cost of production lines and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
