Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Loom Insurance Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Model the cost of policy renewals and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
