Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Lumen Cedar Legal Group Partners provides legal services in Colorado Springs across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of document review and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
