Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Ironwood Corner Financial is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of regulatory reports and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • A relevant degree or certification.
