Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Foxglove Rook Manufacturing makes precision components in Cincinnati. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Model the cost of production lines and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
