Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Ironwood Rowan Civic Services is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of case files and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
