Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Highbridge Sparrow Legal Group provides legal services in Spokane across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of court deadlines and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
