Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Fernwood Lantern Manufacturing Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of work orders and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
