Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Ivory Legal Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of client files and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
