Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Rivermark Forge Civic Services is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 105 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Model the cost of permits and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
