Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Summit Oak Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Minneapolis. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of allergen controls and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
