Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Clearpath Vale Water Authority is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 253 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of billing accounts and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • A relevant degree or certification.
