Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Northwind Cedar Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Toledo, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of card disputes and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
