Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Juniper Transit Planning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Model the cost of accessibility audits and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
