Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Fernwood Bridge Telecom provides broadband and phone service around San Antonio, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of customer tickets and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
