Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Northwind Cedar Telecom is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
