Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Ironwood Oak Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Las Vegas, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of card disputes and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
