Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Ironwood Linden Civic Services works with county and city offices around Portland, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • A relevant degree or certification.
