Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Redstone Hollow Legal Group is a New Orleans practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of client files and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
