Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Clearpath Ashton Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around San Jose, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 229 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Model the cost of case files and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
