Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Clear Legal Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 71 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of billing records and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
