Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Greenridge Thistle Early Learning runs childcare centres in Jacksonville caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 150 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of licensing records and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
