Bluepeak Timber Learning Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Families are partners. What you will do • Model the cost of school calendars and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
