Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Greenridge Glen Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around San Jose. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of loan files and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
