Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Basin Telecom and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. We invest in training. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of service installations and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
