Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Kestrel Markets and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 820 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of online orders and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
