Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Amberfield Kestrel Financial Group is a financial-services company in Cincinnati, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
