Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Silverline Willow Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Baltimore. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of customer complaints and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
