Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Corner Early Learning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of classroom supplies and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
