Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Westbrook Haven Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Oakland. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
