Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Quarry Telecom and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of field visits and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
