Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Lumen Glen Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around San Antonio, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of card disputes and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
