Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Redstone Beacon Manufacturing makes precision components in Atlanta. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of tooling and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
