Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Westbrook North Insurance is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of underwriting files and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
