Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Bluepeak Sable Manufacturing makes precision components in Sacramento. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
